Diana Gray is a realtor in Yulee, FL

As a multi-year top producer, Diana gets results. She has been a Yulee realtor since 2007. Over her 16+ year career, she’s helped clients achieve their goals, whether by homeownership or selling an investment property. She loves meeting new people and making friends, and enjoys working with first time homebuyers, military families, family, friends, and friend’s children. Diana typically works in the Yulee area, but has sold numerous beach condos, Amelia Island homes, and rural properties in Callahan and Hilliard. She’s also sold homes in the Jacksonville/Duval County area as well.

Diana says that Nassau County is a rare gem and checks ALL the boxes! When she relocated to Nassau County almost 20 years ago, there were several things that were important to her and her husband:

    • GREAT SCHOOLS – Nassau County’s “A” schools are currently rated #2 in the state of Florida. In addition to education, there is a deep sense of Family and Faith in the community, schools & churches.
    • BEAUTIFUL BEACHES / CREEKS – The beaches in Nassau County are absolutely beautiful and peaceful.  There is nothing quite like a warm February visit to sit and enjoy the beauty & tranquility of our wide beaches. Or, a hot July boat ride up Egan’s Creek or to Cumberland Island.
    • PROXIMITY TO I-95 – Relocating to the area meant leaving her home state of SC. She wanted the ability to jump on the interstate and visit SC family and friends when possible.

While not a native to Nassau County, Diana says the people have made this her forever home.  As an “Army Brat”, she frequently relocated as her father served the country. That’s where she learned that “home” is anywhere your family is. Having seen MANY places in both the US and abroad, Diana is certain Nassau County is where she wants to be. She enjoys the four seasons and looks forward to the cool snap of Fall at the end of a long, hot, and sometimes stormy summer. The shops and restaurants downtown Fernandina  are so quaint and charming. They always remind her of Charleston, SC (on a much smaller scale), down to the “Rainbow Row” on Front Street.

Diana and her husband’s summers frequently involve a body of water. They are avid boaters and jet skiers.  We enjoy hopping on the skis and being in downtown Fernandina with just a short 10 minute ride on the water. Many summer days are spent on the shores on Cumberland Island (by boat) or parked on Amelia Island beaches. And, who can resist fudge or delicious ice cream from Fernandina Fudge shop and lunch at the Salty Pelican? May brings more tourists and the Shrimp Festival to the Island, which always promises a good time.  In December, downtown comes alive with lights, Dickens on Centre, and all the trappings of a small town “Hallmark Christmas”.

"Diana is what all Realtor's should strive to be! Honest, professional and conducts herself with great integrity is how I would describe her. Most of all she is a genuine good human being working in a field that doesn't always show the best character. Most are very driven simply by the money. That is not Diana. First and foremost she is looking out for her clients best interest and is a true advocate. Simply put if you..."
