Deep within a pine forest lies a place uniquely endowed by nature to embrace the equestrian lifestyle. It is a place where Florida retains its unspoiled, pristine beauty. A place where pastoral elegance and modern convenience come together to offer the best of the good life.
Tupelo Plantation is 1,750 carefully preserved acres of forest, crossed by sun-dappled riding paths and dotted with custom homes and stables on expansive, picturesque homesites. Located just a short drive away from Jacksonville, it is a secluded equestrian community that preserves and protects its rich natural wonders.
The beauty of this exclusive development lies in the abundant wildlife and natural amenities.
Tupelo Plantation’s unique plan allows all site owners access to over 600 acres of protected, preserved land within the community’s boundaries. You and your neighbors will own, and be able to perpetually preserve, your corner of Old Florida wilderness.
At Tupelo Plantation, you’re free to build the peaceful retreat you’ve always longed for – a primary home, a weekend getaway, a stable – secure in knowing that restrictive covenants and Architectural Review Board will protect the community’s character and the value of your investment.
Here, you can enjoy leisurely days of riding or hiking the miles of maintained trails and roads, fishing in the stocked lake or enjoying a lakeside barbeque at the rustic pavilion. But no matter how you fill your time, you will always be immersed in the tranquil, evergreen beauty of a truly unique community.
We invite you to explore all the advantages this remarkable setting offers.
